1. Date- sheet for annual exam is printed below.
2. Computer, G.K. and Arts exam for all the classes I-VIII & Practical for class-IX will be held during the zero period.
3. Reporting time during exams will be 8:45 am and departure will be at 12:30 pm. Buses will ply accordingly.
4. There will be no school for children on 21st, 25th, 27th, 29th, 3rd & 5th March 2020. These dates shall be considered as preparatory leaves. Monday 2nd, March will be last day exam for classes I & II.
5. Attendance is mandatory during exams as there is no provision for retest.
6. Any student caught using unfair means during exam will be subjected to strict action and will be awarded a zero in the said subject.
7. Students of class I-IX will come from Wednesday, 11th March, 2020 to 19th March, 2020 for the practice of sports. Attendance is mandatory during this time period. Those students who do not participate in sports shall lose the chance to receive their medals and certificates.
8. The annual result distribution will be on 21st, March, 2020.
9. The new session will begin for classes I-X from Wednesday, 25th March, 2020. The reporting time to the school will be 7:50 am and departure will be at 1:50 pm.

Looking at the outstanding performance of our students in various Olympiads, we are once again ready to give our students the best chance to discover the best in themselves.

The school is organizing various Olympiads in association with SOF.

SOF

• The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) is a registered, (approved by CBSE), Non-Government Organization (NGO) which aims to inculcate a scientific temper among school children and popularize subjects like Science & Maths.
• These tests are administered only once a year.
• These tests do not require any preparation; however books based on previous Olympiad papers are available. The school will arrange for the books from the organization. The cost of each book is mentioned below and is not included in the registration fee.
• They are based on grade – level subject matter.
• The format is objective type where the students have to choose the correct answer from the choices given.
• These Olympiads are optional and will totally be by the choice of the child and the parent.
• The child can appear for only one subject or more subjects.
• The test will be conducted in the school during working days.
• The registration fee is Rs. 150 /- per Olympiad Examination to be paid by the student. The cost of the book for each Olympiad will be Rs.80/- which is excluding the registration fee.

3. No gadgets are allowed under any circumstance. Such gadgets shall be confiscated and shall not be returned. The school is arranging extensive photography and the photographs shall be available on the website.
4. Transport facility will be provided on the day of the picnic. The time of reporting to the school will be the same as usual, i.e. 7.30 a.m. Kindly co-ordinate with the transport in-charge/bus driver.

3. Reporting time during exams will be 8:45 am and departure will be at 12:45 pm. Buses will ply accordingly.

This is to inform you that Arwachin International School is going to organize a Dance & Music Competition in collaboration with Aesthetics International on Wednesday, 14th November 2018. for age group 6 – 16 years. Half – yearly exams are round the corner and I trust that your wards are working hard. You have been sent the date sheet and the syllabus for HYE.

• Remedial classes are being held and the teachers are sparing no efforts in preparing the students for the HYE. A regular revision schedule is being followed during regular school hours.
• We are holding a PTM on Saturday, 1st September, 2018 so that we can address any query that you may have regarding their studies. Answer- sheets of classes VI – X will also be shown.
• Timings for PTM will be 9:00 am – 11:00 am. You are requested to be on time. The school will work half – day on Friday, 31st August 2018.The timings for all classes (Pre-Primary – X) will be 7:50 am – 12:30 pm. Buses will ply accordingly. Students will carry books according to 1st, 2nd & 3rd periods (Friday Time Table).
• It has been observed that some parents are sending expensive gifts for students on the occasion of their wards’ birthday. We don’t encourage this practice. Please send only two sweets each for the students.
• We also require from you the following documents urgently –

As you are aware that Half Yearly Exams begin from Monday, 10th September 2018. Kindly note the following points.

1. Date – sheet for HYE and Syllabus is given below
2. Art Exam for all classes I – VIII will be held on Friday, 7th September, 2018 during the zero period.
3. Reporting time during exams will be as usual and departure will be at 11:30 am. Buses will ply accordingly.
4. There will be no school for children on 8th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 18th, 20th & 22nd September 2018. These dates shall be considered as preparatory leaves.
5. Attendance is mandatory during exams as there is no provision for retest.
6. Any student caught using unfair means during exam is subject to strict action and will be awarded a zero in the said subject.
7. Regular time – table will be followed from 24.09.2018 (IX – X) and 25.09.2018 (I – VIII).
8. You are advised to motivate your ward to study hard and do well in the exams.
