A workshop on Capacity Building for Life Skills was organised by CBSE, NOIDA on 30th July, 2022 at Arwachin International School. The resource person for this offline workshop was Mr Anurodh Chitra, Principal of DDPS. The session was attended by nearly 40 teachers.
The details of the workshop entailed that learning objectives  is  to  achieve Competency Based Education where students are trained to become lifelong learners equipped with knowledge, abilities and certain skills. Thus , for this lesson plans developed by the faculty members must have clarity of general and specific objectives mentioned along with the various methodologies, aids  and learning styles to enable all students to learn successfully. Some interesting questions were asked by some of the HODs, to which he replied that practical knowledge of textbook content can be given to students.
 The overall session was very informative and knowledge giving.
At the end, participation certificates were given to the participants from various schools by Alexander Francis, Principal of Arwachin International School and Mr. Anurodh Chitra, The Resource Person. The programme was concluded with National Anthem.

    French Day 12-July-2022

    A French activity was organised in the school on 12.07.22 to celebrate the national Day of France. 14th July is observed as the independence day of France. The program began with the singing of the French National anthem. Arshdeep Kaur of class 8 told about the significance of Bastille, a jail in France. Pakhi, a student of class 7B made us aware about a great heroine of France Jeanne d'Arc. Darsh Bansal, a student of class 6, gave us information about Napolean Bonaparte, a great hero in the history of France. The students presented a French song named Alouette. Prachi Goswami and Bhanvi Mittal of class 8 conducted a quiz for the audience. The program concluded with the appreciation by the principal.
